Bella is a sweet and gentle girl!

Bella has been with us for almost a week now. She is so well behaved and eager to please. Bella has been interested in our little cat but has been super calm and gentle with her. She has mostly just enjoyed watching her and giving an occasional sniff.

It turns out that Bella also likes the water! She hopped right into our goldfish pond and laid right down. Twice! Luckily, she enjoyed getting a bath too. She did really well with that.

Most of all, Bella has enjoyed hanging out with our two Greyhounds, Jack and Penny. We all go on at least one walk a day and Bella loves all the new sights and smells. Bella walks great on the leash without pulling and patiently waits when one of her friends needs to stop. It has been fun to see how excited she is to be out and about. Here is Mark, holding onto all three while I snap a quick photo.

Bohemian Symbol's Foster Updates

Hello everyone,

Symbol has been in our home for a week. I have also have a greyhound I adopted just over a year ago. She is doing very well, especially having another grey to watch and learn from.

Already she has learned to navigate the stairs to our second floor. She followed Floody right up and down and hasn't had a problem with them since. My home office is upstairs and the two of them keep me company all day while I work. She and Floody get along and she's met most of the neighborhood dogs, big and small without incident.

She loves to go on our walks. Since I don't have a fenced in yard she and Floody are ready go outside! She is learning to stand next to Floody and wait for me to put their leashes on them. Once outside I am working with her not to tug, if I choke up on the leash and put her next to my leg she walks like a champ.

She is very curious, but obediant. She has the happiest tail which goes along with her personality. She is a tad shy but gets over it quickly. She loves children and adults equally. She loves to play too, very different from my big, laid back boy. She'll chase a ball, or toss a stuffed dog toy around with abandon; until she's done and its time for another nap! When I get on the floor to pet her, she reaches out a paw and looks into my eyes, then rolls over onto her back to make sure she gets a good belly rub; tail wagging the entire time. She's crate trained and settles down quietly after a few minutes of protesting. A dog treat helps to not to notice you've locked the door behind her. If the door to the crate is left open, she'll go in on her own to rest.

She's a sweet little girl that would make a wonderful, happy addition to loving home.

Symbol of Sweetness

Boy, this is one cute bundle of love. Symbol is a tiny little girl but has a huge heart and loves attention. She is a dear and pretty girl who would make a nice, little package of companionship, love and playfulness for some family. Check her out, you won't be disappointed. Eda
